We offer a wide range of Indo-Western and contemporary South Asian bridal wear. In addition to the more classic bridal lehenga shapes and white wedding saris/sarees, we also have a variety of contemporary silhouettes including streamline skirts, two-piece gowns, high-low concepts and tunic and trouser ensembles, all featuring high-end embroideries and embellishments.

Each piece we make is meticulously handcrafted in-house to the exacting standards of our My Trousseau Bespoke Service, so once you’ve decided on a design, we will make a brand-new, made-to-measure, and customised wedding dress exclusively for you. The made-to-measure aspect of our service ensures you get a perfect fit. The colour customisation allows you to choose from not only the industry-standard colour-card but our own, exclusive My Trousseau hand-picked colour palette. And finally, the custom-personalisation allows you to tweak details such as neckline, sleeve length and more, for that extra special touch.

How The Virtual Showroom Works

We’d love for you to come visit us at our London, UK showroom, where we have a stunning collection of contemporary Indian bridal gowns, Indo-Western wedding lehengas and Indian wedding reception outfits, but we understand that’s not always possible.

We have a long-established process for international brides ordering virtually, tried and tested with impeccable results every time.

Our virtual showroom process is simple and effective. After an initial phone call, where we discuss your requirements, we’ll schedule a detailed virtual consultation over Zoom. During this initial consultation, we will discuss your requirements in more detail, run you through the service options, and show you key designs that align with your vision. If you decide to proceed, we’ll book you in for a full virtual consultation, where we’ll finalize the concept, embroidery details, silhouettes, and colors. We will also guide a friend or family member on how to take each measurement, step by step, via video call.

Next Steps

Lovingly Handcrafted In-house

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start the development phase of the production process, including cutting your pattern, dyeing fabrics and scaling embroidery designs. As part of the development phase, you will receive a complimentary swatch of your chosen embroidery with some color options for you to choose from. This swatch is also helpful when matching accessories such as jewellery and shoes whilst your bespoke wedding lehenga or Indian American fusion dress is being made. How long do you need to place an international order with My Trousseau?

For international orders, we recommend allowing extra time. Our recommended timelines for international brides are as follows:

Please add 3 months to the timescales provided below to account for consultations, order confirmation (1 month), shipping and logistics (1 month) and a 1-month buffer ahead of your wedding.

Signature Collection: 4 months, production only.

Heirloom Collection: 6 months, production only.

Haute Collection: 9- 12* months (* for the more complex designs), production only.
